Rules of the Road



  • Toby's Crab Shack requires a Two night minimum stay. We accept personal checks, company checks, money orders or cashier checks. A visa card can be used to secure the reservation. Check-in 3:00pm, Check-out 11:00am.
    Payment is expected in full upon arrival.
  • Toby's Crab Shack asks for a 10 day notice of cancellation. Cancellations made in time will be fully refunded. Cancellations after the 10 day period forfeit their $250.00 deposit. Deposits will be refunded within 10 working days.
  • Toby's Crab Shack requires a security deposit of $250 for daily/weekly rentals and a deposit of half the full rental fee for stays longer than a week.
  • Toby's Crab Shack requires the deposit in advance to hold a reservation and must be returned within 10 days of receipt of your registration paperwork. Failure to get your deposit and paperwork in to us could result in the loss of your reservation. Short notice reservations (1 week prior or less) must be paid in full at the time of the reservation.
  • THERE ARE NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES.
  • Toby's Crab Shack is not and cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen items.
  • Toby's Crab Shack is a privately owned vacation home and we take pride in keeping our unit clean and in working order, however, we cannot be held responsible for the breakdown or failure of equipment. Please contact us immediately if you encounter a problem.
  • Our unit has an occupancy limit. Please be sure to ask us about the specific limit so that there is room for you and your guests.
  • Sorry but no pets are allowed. We cannot make any exceptions.
  • Toby's Crab Shack vacation condominium is privately owned, therefore the decor, specific amenities and look is unique. Toby's Crab Shack has been lovingly furnished with comfortable bed linens, furniture in a wonderful pallet of colors, and decorated to help insure the feel of your nautical vacation experience and all of this with the comfort of home.
  • Other amenities include master bath Jacuzzi tub, washer and dryer, high speed internet access, Fireplace, TV with VCR, stereo system, and a fully equipped kitchen. Also Toby's Crab Shack offers a single car garage and a gas barbeque.
  • Please do not remove any items from the unit, or take any furnishings outside. You will find an initial supply of soap, paper products, shampoo and lotion to get you started.
  • Toby's Crab Shack is a non-smoking vacation rental. No exceptions.
  • We ask each of our guests to comply with the rules as outlined above. If you fail to adhere to these rules there will be a forfeiture of your security deposit.
  • There will be a service charge on all returned checks. The service charge will be based on the current bank charges.
